Please read below for answers to our most frequently asked questions for both the Chicken Joint & Food Trucks

QUESTION:

Do you have gluten free items? And do you have a fryer that is specifically for gluten free items?

ANSWER:

Our BBQ sauce, pulled pork and grilled chicken are gluten free (we are currently working with our supplier to get gluten free buns) without the buns. Due to the space and capacity both within the restaurant and the food trucks, we do not have the ability to have a designated gluten free fryer or gluten free kitchen.

QUESTION:

What kind of oil do you use in your fryers?

ANSWER:

All of our fryers within the restaurant and food trucks use lard. This is the safest for most food allergies. If you have other food allergen questions, please feel free to contact us.

QUESTION:

When do you begin booking food truck events and how quickly does your schedule fill up?

ANSWER:

We will begin booking at the end of our current season. We will reserve dates for events and locations we've previously worked with first. Our calendar will fill up completely before the actual food truck season begins. As of 1/31/22 we have limited dates available with either truck.

QUESTION:

Is your food truck available for rent for private events?

ANSWER:

Yes! Please view our event menu for our available catering packages. To have the food truck at your event, we will need a signed contract along with a deposit to reserve your date. Please fill out an event inquiry form to inquire about having one of our food trucks at your event.
